As it is known, SARS-Cov-2 can withstand up to 72 h in adverse environmental conditions, which aid its rapid spread. Woefully, an efficacious and approbated vaccine for the SARS-CoV-2 virus remains unavailable, makes problem more frightening presently complicated bestowing forlorn medical care. Nevertheless, clinical research studying several over-the-counter (OTC) drugs approved other indications confront coronavirus. Over past decade, therapeutic nanoparticles have been regarded as felicitous tool efficient persnickety delivery groups (i.e., drugs, vaccines, siRNAs, peptides) site infection. They adequately convey drug encapsulated nanoparticle designated locus without instigating unsought effects. Besides, they acquiesce use non-invasive imaging methods monitor surface infection response treatment. formulated apposite intranasal meritorious method deliver moiety viral diseases affecting lungs.
